What can I do for myself to ease my depression and anxiety? Im ony 14 and my depression is catching up to me. when I see a sharp object intrusive thoughts occur. I want therapy but I dont have the money. I cant even get good sleep anymore. any ideas?

Could I have OCD or could it just be GAD? The intrusive thoughts started when I was 15 or 16 but they've worsened recently, I get stuck in thought loops for hours, but I haven't noticed myself having any significant compulsions.
